Andrew Taylor Beatty

There are so many things that I would like to say! We went in on April 18th to be induced. They broke my water at 0730 and started pitocin. I got my epidural at 0930 and was completely dilated at 1045. Dr Dunham was in surgery so we had to wait to push until he got out. My sister made it just in time to get the kids settled and be in there for the delivery. Then we found out at 1156am that we had a little boy! It was so awesome. He looks so much like Ethan when he was born. He weighed 7 lbs 2oz. Only 1 oz more than Ethan. (weird) He was 18.5" long. He is so very precious and we are having such a great time with him. I have posted some of my favorite pictures. I hope to get a good family picture soon. I am praising God daily for how awesome he is!

Maternity/Family Pictures

I had been wanting to get some maternity/family pictures done for a while. We didn't have a extra money to spend so I asked Aunt Tiffanie (John's sister) to get some pictures of us. She was so excited I asked and we took some last week. She did a great job and I am so grateful for her. Check them out!

Ethan Dancing

Ethan decided to break out in a dance when we were outside today. He had been playing in the sprinkler and I turned on the radio. I am not sure where he has seen this kind of dancing but he is serious about it. I laughed so hard! He comes up with the funniest things!

Ethan 4 years!

Ethan's 4th Birthday was on March 28th! Whoa! I am not sure where time has gone. I am so proud of my big boy and feel so blessed ! He is learning something new everyday and has been surprising me with the things he can retain and remember!

We just hung out as a family for his birthday. I decided not to have a big party and just keep it simple. I surprised him with a big Happy Birthday sign and cinnamon rolls when he got up. We had a quite dinner at home and planned to go play putt putt, but we didn't get there in time. I promised we would take him this weekend. The boys decided to go shoot the pellet gun instead and Ethan had a great time. It was a great evening of just enjoying each other!!

Train Ride

I just found these pictures and remembered I never blogged about the cool train ride we took after Christmas. We spent the after noon at the Fort Worth Stockyards. Thank goodness the weather was beautiful. We knew Ethan would love a train ride, so we took an hour long ride on the Grapevine Train. He had a blast!
